Chris Hastings

I am originally from Cleveland and I graduated from Miami University (Ohio), but I have officially called Chicago home for almost 20 years (I’ll let you know when I’m over the 2016 World Series!). I’ve lived all over this great city, including Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, and River West. My wife and I and our 5-year-old son Noah have found the perfect neighborhood in Avondale where we’ve resided for the last 3 years. Our son attends St. Benedict’s pre-school so we are active in that community. I love being in the city and exploring new restaurants and craft breweries, and I’ve never met a Chicago street festival I didn’t like!

What really attracted me to real estate was being a part of these diverse neighborhoods and seeing them evolve and flourish. The other attraction was remembering what I felt when I was a first-time home buyer in 2007. I didn’t know what questions to ask or whom to ask.
