He began his career at an early age, working in property maintenance, property management and real estate sales during his teenage years. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and obtained professional mentoring by renowned real estate coach Brian Buffini. Erik also has training in REO, short sales and foreclosure sales, and holds a home inspector license.
