Amanda DePalma

With a passion for serving others and building stronger communities, Amanda brings a unique blend of leadership, marketing expertise, and local knowledge to her real estate career at  StartingPoint Realty.

Professionally, she serves as Assistant Vice President of Brand Marketing at Roosevelt University, where she is inspired daily by the university’s mission of expanding access to education and creating meaningful change in people’s lives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts from Valparaiso University and a Master of Arts from Roosevelt University.

A proud Evanston resident for more than a decade, Amanda is deeply involved in the local community. She currently serves as President of the Ridgeville Board of Commissioners and is an active board member Bikes and Music, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact both locally and beyond.

Known for her thoughtful and client-focused approach, Amanda believes that successful real estate transactions begin with listening, understanding goals, and helping clients focus on what matters most. As a certified yoga instructor who works with student-athletes, she often shares the philosophy, “Stay on your mat. Focus on what you can control, give your best effort, and everything else will fall into place.” It’s a mindset she brings to every client relationship.

When she’s not helping clients navigate the real estate process, you’ll find her reading, running, spending time at the beach, camping, or making memories with her children and family.
